Last week, Moe Green released “Glory,” a brand new track that also served to announce Moe’s end-of-year Free Water EP. The seven-track project is a collection of new songs, like “Glory,” along with a handful of loosies that Green has released over the past months, songs like “Nimbus,” “707,” and “Trouble Raps.” Today, Moe Green is excited to officially release the new EP.
“With Free Water, I wanted to pull together the loose ends, all the free tracks I put out since Lionheart,” explains Moe. “Usually I’m more project oriented, but in between projects I still rap and make songs, and this EP helps capture that.”
And as fruitful as 2011 has been, what with the Lionheart EP, the string of shows, TV appearances, and more, 2012 looks to be the biggest year for Moe yet. “Everything that Moe Green is,” remarks the Vallejo rapper, when asked what fans can expect for 2012, “but on steroids.”
Recently, Moe Green also appeared on MTV2′s Sucker Free, kicking a Sucker Freestyle, which fans can also now watch online here.
